Everest Martial Arts Academy Mohali students have been actively participating in martial arts championships. The 63rd Punjab State Inter-School Taekwondo Championship was held on 6th Nov 2017 to 8th Nov 2017 at Kanya Pathshala, Kalgidhar, Ropar. 5 of our students participated in this event and we won medals. A commendable sports play by our students, months of practice was fruitful and 2 of our students won the gold medal.

The Martial Arts championship held from 6th Nov to 8th Nov 2017 and the venue was Kanya Pathshala in Ropar. On the occasion, we were blessed with the presence of Honorary DEO (District Education Officer) Ropar who encouraged all participants to do their best in championship. 16 districts participated in the Championship. Here are the results for our students who won the medals:

Asamreet Martial Arts Mohali Gold Medal

ASAMREET KAUR – Won GOLD Medal in the Under 17 – Under 55 Kg weight category. She fought a total number of 4 fights to fetch her gold medal. We congratulate Asamreet Kaur and her parents for putting in so much hard work to have a well deserved win! CONGRATS!

VARSHA – Won GOLD Medal in the Under 14 – Under 25 Kg weight category. She also fought a total number of 4 fights to win her gold medal. We congratulate Varsha and her parents for all the hard work and dedication for a celebrating win. Congrats!

It is our will power and dedication that drives us through the practice sessions as well as in championships. Hard work always pays off and for our students, it paid very well in the championship. Wish you all an inspiring future!
